Brian Kelly
•EDUCATION: BS in Economics from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania and JD from UCLA Law School
•GUTHY- RENKER: President of the 3 Largest divisions of Guthy-Renker Corporation, one of the nations largest direct marketers with brands such as Proactiv and Principal Secret
•PROMENADE: Founder of Promenade, a direct marketing company with annual revenue in excess of 50 million dollars sold to E4L, at the time a NYSE traded direct marketing public company
•626 SCIENCE: Cofounder of 626 Science a developer and marketer of nutraceutical products including Hydroderm, a direct to consumer skin care line with over 100 million bottles sold to date, Nassif MD, a cosmetic surgeon formulated skin care line and Nucerity Cosmetics.
David Brubaker
•EDUCATION: BS in Business Management, University of Southern California and MBA, University of Southern California
•LEINER HEALTH PRODUCTS: Founder and President of Leiner Health Products. Led the company to becoming the largest vitamin manufacturer in the U.S.; distributing to over 60,000 retail outlets with corporate revenues exceeding $500 million annually.
•HEALTHWELL VENTURES: Founded and created HealthWell Ventures, a nutritional science-based Product Development Company working in concert with Herbalife Corporation and utilizing Nobel Prize Winner, Dr. Lou Ignarro, as their “Voice of Authority” for their cardiohealth formulas based on Ignarro’s discovery of the nitric oxide gas molecule. Launched in 2003 and distributed by Herbalife to over 40 countries worldwide, “Niteworks” has consistently generated over $150 million a year in revenue for Herbalife.
•FEELING FINE: Partnered with Dr. Art Ulene and founded the Feeling Fine Company. Launched standardized herbal extracts and science-based vitamins formulated for, and endorsed by, “America's Family Doctors” (NBC’s Today Show)

•Vice president Director of Research Abbott Labs (responsible for all drug research and development projects)
